Dokitscript does not use your audio, your transcripts or the AI outputs generated from them to train AI models. This applies to every plan, including the free plan and anonymous use. There is no training dataset and nothing to opt out of. - Video files are not kept. A video or file is held only while its audio is extracted to produce the transcript; the working files are deleted when processing ends. - Audio kept 90 days at most. For signed-in accounts, on every plan including the free one, the compressed audio may be kept so it can be replayed next to the transcript. It is deleted automatically after 90 days. Audio from use without an account is not kept. - Transcripts. Signed-in users find their transcripts in their history until they delete them or delete their account. A transcript made without an account is kept for 30 days so the same browser can add it to an account created in that time; after that its text, timestamps, speaker labels, AI results and the name of any uploaded file are erased automatically, and only an anonymous record used for statistics remains, with nothing that identifies you. - Encrypted backups in the EU.
