Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to the Dokitscript affiliate program, which LEDOFFYX LTD operates. By applying, you accept them.

1. Eligibility

You need a Dokitscript account to apply. We review each application manually and may decline it. You may not refer yourself: a referred account that is yours, or that uses the same device as yours, earns no commission.

2. How it works

Once approved, you receive a unique affiliate code and a link to share. A person who signs up with your code, or within 30 days of clicking your link, is attributed to you. Your code does not give that person a discount.

3. Commissions

You earn a fixed, one-time commission on a referred subscriber's first full-price subscription payment, by card or cryptocurrency, monthly or annual:

• The first-month welcome offer does not count. The commission applies to the first payment made without it.
• Each referred subscriber earns one commission.
• One-time purchases, prepaid balance and App Store or Google Play subscriptions earn no commission.

4. Validation & refunds

A commission stays pending for 14 days after the payment, then becomes payable. If the payment is refunded, even in part, we cancel the commission. If we have already paid it, we may deduct it from your future commissions.

5. Payouts

We pay manually, by PayPal or Wise, once your payable balance reaches $35. Keep your payout details accurate. We are not responsible for a failed payout caused by incorrect details.

6. Fraud & abuse

We may suspend you at once and cancel unpaid commissions for self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, incentivised or misleading promotion, spam, misuse of our brand in paid search, or any attempt to manipulate attribution or refunds.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any tax due on your commissions. We pay them gross, without withholding.

8. Suspension & termination

Either of us may end your participation at any time. We may cancel unpaid commissions connected with a breach of these terms. Commissions that have become payable and are not connected with a breach remain due.

9. Changes

We may change these terms or the commission amounts. A change applies to commissions on payments made after it takes effect. We publish a change that is unfavourable to you on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law or security requires it sooner. If you continue after that date, the new terms apply.
