Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern your participation in the Dokitscript affiliate program. By applying, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must have a valid Dokitscript account to apply. All applications are reviewed and approved manually. We may decline or revoke participation at our discretion. You may not refer yourself, and accounts created on the same device or identity as the affiliate are not eligible for commission.
2. How it works
Once approved, you receive a unique affiliate code and a shareable link. When someone signs up using your code, that sign-up is attributed to you — regardless of how they later pay (card, PayPal or crypto). Your audience is not required to receive a discount; they simply enter your code at sign-up.
3. Commissions
You earn a one-time, fixed cash commission on a referred subscriber's first full subscription payment:
- The commission is paid on the first full-price payment. A discounted introductory month does not trigger it — the commission applies at the first full payment instead.
- One commission per referred subscriber, once.
- Credit packs and other one-time purchases do not earn commission — subscriptions only.
4. Validation & refunds
Each commission is first marked pending for a 14-day window. If the referred payment is not refunded during that window, the commission becomes payable. If the payment is refunded, the commission is cancelled; if it was already paid out, the amount may be deducted from future earnings.
5. Payouts
Payouts are processed manually via the method you provide (PayPal or Wise). You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate. A minimum payout threshold may apply. We are not liable for failed payouts caused by incorrect details.
6. Fraud & abuse
The following result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions: self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, incentivized or misleading promotion, spam, trademark or paid-search abuse, and any attempt to game attribution or refunds.
7. Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you receive. Commissions are paid gross, without withholding.
8. Suspension & termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate an affiliate for any breach of these terms; unpaid commissions tied to a breach may be forfeited. Approved, refund-cleared commissions earned before termination remain payable.
9. Changes
We may update these terms or the commission amounts. Material changes apply going forward. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
