How does the money-back guarantee work?
You can ask for a full refund within days of your first paid subscription, as long as your usage did not exceed what the Free plan includes ( of transcription and AI units).

Renewals are not refunded, unless an accidental renewal is reported within hours. Full details: refund policy.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account, with no cancellation fee. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then you move back to the Free plan.
How do I change plans?
Moving up takes effect right away: you pay a full period of the new plan today, minus the unused days of your current plan. Your renewal date moves to today.
Moving down, or switching between monthly and annual billing, takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You can cancel that change from your account before the date.
How does the first month of Starter work?
It is a % discount on your first month of Starter with monthly billing. It applies on its own at checkout, for a first subscription only.
The next month, Starter costs . If your account is no longer eligible, the page shows straight away.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing costs % less than twelve monthly payments, which works out to months free. It is billed once a year, upfront.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, processed by Stripe. Depending on your region, Stripe also offers Apple Pay, Google Pay or local methods.

What is an AI unit?
One unit is one use of an AI feature on a text of up to characters, about 4 to 5 minutes of speech. A longer text counts as several units.
Heavier features count for more: on the same text, a caption counts as unit and a blog post as .
Can I use Dokitscript from my code or my AI assistant?
Yes, with the public API and the MCP server, which follow your plan limits. Business includes API use.
On the other plans, the API runs on token packs bought from your account.
Which currency am I billed in?
The page shows prices in your currency when the payment catalogue offers it, otherwise in US dollars. The exact amount appears on the checkout page, before you confirm anything.
