We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscribers who are not satisfied with the service.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost. No payment is required, and no refund is applicable.

2. Paid Plans (Starter, Pro & Business)

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that:

It is your first subscription to a paid plan on Dokitscript.
You have not heavily used the service (fewer than 10 transcriptions performed during the refund window).
The request is submitted within 7 days of the subscription start date.

Refunds for renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not issued unless the renewal was accidental and reported within 48 hours.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK consumer legislation, consumers ordinarily benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts entered into on or after the relevant implementation date.

However, by starting to use Dokitscript after completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and its UK equivalent). This is consistent with established practice for digital services provided with immediate access.

The 7-day commercial money-back guarantee described in Section 2 above operates independently of and in addition to any statutory rights you may have. Where both apply, whichever is more favourable to you will prevail. Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. Credits and Crypto Payments

Credit packs (one-time purchases): credit packs are non-refundable once any credits have been used. If you have purchased a credit pack and have not yet used any credits, you may contact us to discuss your situation on a case-by-case basis; we will use reasonable discretion but cannot guarantee a refund.

Cryptocurrency payments: by their technical nature, confirmed cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and cannot be recalled from the blockchain. Accordingly, payments made in cryptocurrency are non-refundable once the transaction has been confirmed on-chain, except where we are required to provide a refund by applicable law. 5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with:

The email address associated with your account.
The date of purchase.
A brief reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page by clicking "Manage subscription". Upon cancellation:

Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
You will not be charged again after cancellation.
No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the billing period, unless you are within the 7-day money-back window.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

Violation of our Terms of Service.
Fraudulent or abusive use of the service.
Requests made after the 7-day window has passed.
